I know quite a lot about him. I'm just wondering when (and if) Nintendo will bring the Azure Flute event to American shores...Just be ready when (if) they do- rumor has it Arceus will be at level 80 when encountered, making it the highest level Pokemon to be encountered in the entire series.

Darnit, I'm rambling on again! Anyways, the sprite looks good. You made that from scratch, right?
